We had a very good weekend thank you. The hen had a fantastic time even though 2 of the girls were unable to attend at last minute!! The hotel exceeded our expectations in regards to comfort, cleanliness, security and location. The hotel staff, however, were not as friendly as we would have liked, although we did not need to contact them much in the 2 days we were there.
Overall all 3 of us said we would go back and even recommend to a friend. The party packages were very good also, particularly on the Friday night. If you need me to complete a questionnaire or if you are able to obtain one from the hotel, then I would be happy to.

Yes we had a great time in Benalmadena, thank you. Here’s some feedback:
We were so pleased to have found Solisol Travel as they found us some great accommodation for our hen weekend and offered some invaluable advice in deciding where to go. The ‘little extras’ like the bar crawl and VIP hen night helped to make our weekend go with a bang!
The accommodation was perfect for the hen weekend. It was located right on the beach, which was beautiful and sandy with a warm, calm sea. It was also a short walk from 24 hour square where you can party till dawn. The swimming pool was clean and the rooms were perfect as a base, with the added convenience of a small kitchen with a fridge.
Great value for money - we couldn’t have asked for more!

Everything was brilliant, we had a really good time. The organisation and the staff who looked after us were fantastic. The sea was quit rough so we could not go out too far, but it was lovely to float around the port. We all had a really good time, the hotel was excellent, the cocktail making class lasted nearly 4 hours!!!!

I thought we wouldn't make it for dinner on time, the restaurant was lovely also. When the guide came to collect us I think everyone was so tired from all the drinking we had done already that everyone was ready for bed!!! We managed to stay out until 03.00am. On the Sunday the Spa was really good, everyone was really looking forward to it, very relaxing and chilled. Thanks for all your help, the bride had an excellent time as well as all of her hens!!.

Well what can i say we had the most amazing weekend in banus everything you organised was brill.
Transfers where great wow the apartments in the marina are massive and what a location really clean very helpful staff.we all loved the tapas that you booked for us on Friday the Italian restaurant did us an amazing deal for 3 courses with an open bar for 3 hours so we had some very drunk girls. Evening entrainment - the irish bar was the best went Friday met the lovely Dave really looked after us with far too much bubbly stayed until 4am he then invited us all back Saturday and Sunday. Went to the party bar on sat night but we were very late but they did still accommodate us but after a few free drinks we went back for more free bubbles.
Sunday did the beach beach club, they really looked after us had a fab day there all the girls loved it. We got invited to a bar for free drinks stayed for a few hours then back to see Dave. i feel like a local my new best friend.
Monday kept our apartments on till 4pm for 60euros so made the most of every mo.

Wouldn't of changed a second you did an amazing job every step of the way from the first email we sent to your last i will recommend you to everyone. I have to confess i am a travel agent in the UK for Thomas cook so i know hard you worked on this one it means a lot.
Now the boys are really looking forward to the trip I'm sure they will have a great time too (but not as good as us). The girls want to go back next year it won't be my hen do but can we book again with you.

Personal feedback from me would be that I thought the accommodation was great for the money. Location was ideal for a hen weekend. I believe that there were some issues with the beds, but none in my room which was exactly as described so I can’t comment on the problems.
The airport transfers were very efficient and so no issues there. I found you to be a pleasure to deal with though! You were very responsive, especially when we were away and you rang me straight back when we had the beach club cancellation. All in all I would definitely recommend you to friends.

Even though we had rubbish weather the entire 4 nights days that we were in Marbella, we all had a brillient time. The activities and the entertainment that you organised for us were great and helped make it a truly memorable weekend for us all (and especially the Hen).
We were all impressed with how you coped with the cancellation of the catamaran cruise, and managed to arrange for us a cocktail making session instead. everyone who ran the the activities etc were lovely, even when our timekeeping wasn't the greatest. Thank you so much for the arrangements you made, the apartments were HUGE, much bigger than we expected, modern, clean and had great views, everyone was really impressed and we plan to stay there again.
We feel they were fantastic value for money. Dinner was fab, The club was was amazing! And having the transfers were really useful as two of our friends flew home on sunday and paid a fortune in a taxi! Would definitely use your company again, you were very helpful!!

I just wanted to say thanks a million for all the organising you did for Rachel's hen weekend. We had a fantastic time and everything went perfectly. Also worth mentioning the staff in the pub (in particular Dave the manager). They looked after us so well on the Friday night that we returned on both the Saturday and Sunday.The BBQ was great, lovely food and very reasonably priced. A few of the girls went shopping so the guide was helpful for that. Thanks again.

Wow, we had such a fantastic time!
Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves and they kept saying how well organised it was, which ultimately is down to you. So thankyou.
The cocktail making was in a great bar of choice. The staff made us feel so welcome, as they did in the night party package which was great fun. The butler breakfast was in a bar which was easy to find and the butlers were so professional. It was really good. The boat for an hour was perfect, everybody really appreciated it, and it made the day extra special. The last minute lunch was fantastic too.
Everyone was really happy with it. the service and food was great. It was a really successful weekend!

Thank you for your email to follow up on our weekend. We had such a great time!! We have never laughed so much in all our lives, and a lot of that is down to yourself and what you organised for us.

The Hen was extremely surprised and appreciative of the banner, private area and dedicated waiter at the party bae.. It worked really well, Lina was very attentive also and they couldn't do enough for us.

The best part of the whole weekend though, and everyone in our party is in agreement with this, was the boat trip. The skipper we had hardly spoke a word of English yet he was extremely friendly and attentive. The sea was a little rough and the skipper picked up on this so started throwing the boat around to send waves flying up over us which was very funny, we laughed the whole time.

That evening we decided to just have dinner and not go out on the town. You could not have recommended a better restaurant for us than the VIP Italian. We met one of the owners who spent the good part of an hour chatting to us as a group, telling us about the restaurant and the food, and was even flexible on what food we had to suit our needs. It was definitely the best way to end the weekend.

Specifically speaking Matilda, you could not have done enough to help me with organising the weekend - you were very communicative, always on hand to update me regarding the specifics of our agenda and were able to recommend some fantastic places to visit and things to do.
I would have no hesitiation in recommending yourself, and your company, to anyone.

Were only home today we had the time of our life.Devastated its all over we will be comming back in August, It was so well organised we were made a big fuss of every night. Just wanted to say a quick thank you from us all, we had an amazing few days and I don’t think Marbella were quite expecting us really! Lol. Thank you so much for all your help and organisation!

....the bar was amazing, and we had a really good laugh with them and ended up staying with them the first night we were there rather than going to the other place. They let us put on the BBQ the following day time instead which was really nice of them, and we sat with them most of Friday day time. Saturday night, the party bar were also great and played lots of drinking games and danced on tables most of the night! However…… we also went to the irish bar that night as they layed on loads of free drinks for us as they were hunting me down all night, then….. went (next door) and they had done the same!! It was absolutely brilliant, and everyone in marbella was great.

We are definitely going to go back again and see everyone! The Tapas meal was lovely as well, and we were all treated to Free Shots after! We popped to the Hard Rock Café when we were there, and that food and the cocktails were great, I would definitely recommend this to all!

We had a great weekend thank you and all of the stuff that I booked through you was great.
We had a slight problem on Friday night when we got to the bar to see the stripper as when I asked for the contact nobody could find him and so whilst we were waiting around the Hen clocked the stripper as he was waiting to get changed! That said- he was superb. The dinner was fantastic -loads of good food and drink and the pole dancing and spa were great too although we came away with bruises all over us!!

Thank you and your company sooooooo much, we simply had the best weekend ever and the Hen was totally impressed.
The staff and the apartment was wicked – so much room for 7 giggling girls to get ready and they allowed us to have a late check out, which again made life so much easier for our late departure.
On Friday night we had the ultimate hen do and Vip hen night on the same night…..the irish pub was cool and the staff were really friendly and was a great start to the evening with some cheesy karaoke….then to the party bar which again everyone was friendly and we had the best time and stumbled home at the early hours of the morning. We were having so much fun we didn’t even notice that we hadn’t slept from the day before. The naked butler was so lovely and bless him for putting up with 7 hangovers!!!!! On sat night we ventured to the club and the only hic cup was that we were not on the guest list and the people on the door were not very friendly – however we just paid and got on with the night and had a brilliant evening.
I missed on the boat trip on Sunday as had a terrible hangover (very disappointed with myself!!) but the girls said it was lush and the skipper could not have been friendlier and went out of his way to make them enjoy themselves.
We also went to the Italian twice as we were so impressed with the food and the service (and we bumped into Nick Moran from the film Lock Stock and Three Smoking Barrels)
Thank you so much, the service that you provided was fantastic and for a worrier like me you put my mind at rest. It was a testament to the weekend was that the hen didn’t stop smiling from the minute we arrived, we had such a giggle and everything went like clock work.
I can’t thank you enough for a brilliant weekend and if you can stand the emails from me again we are hoping to return!!!!!! Thank you so much Michelle on behalf of the girls and Lady Emily the Hen!!!

From the butler, to the VIP area to the amazing boat trip - I couldnt have asked for anything more. I organise a fair few hen do's each year and this by far went the smoothest with your help on the activity side.
Everything that was promised was delivered, the hen absolutely loved every minute and the originality behind the ideas was inspired!! It really took the pressure off and relieved any worries on my part. I was at ease and relaxed with the confidence in your company and I wasnt disappointed. Thank you and Michelle for organising such a fantastic weekend. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and thought that the service you provided was brilliant. The hen had no idea where she was going until we got to the airport. She was very apprehensive but she had a brilliant time.

Each of the nights out were all great fun, I think generally our favourite was the VIP Bar on the Friday night ( although we enjoyed every night). Everything ran smoothly from the moment we landed at Malaga airport to the time we left.

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint we would have is that the staff were not that friendly, although the girls did want me to put in a good word for Edward the security guy who was very friendly and helpful. We really cannot fault anything with regards to the service provided by you and we will definitely be recommending you to our friends. Once again thank you so much for providing us with a weekend we wont forget.

we had a good weekend thanks and we were pleased with your service. You were very helpful regarding everything so thank you very much. The party bar was great fun and we loved having our own personal bouncer all night, that couldn't have been better! The food at the Italian I would also recommend because it was lovely and they gave us three free jugs of sangria so that definately went down well. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the apartments, although satisfactory in themselves, they were quite a way out from everything so we had to rely on taxi rides. It definately wasn't a short walk into the centre! Apart from that though all was great and I know i still have not quite recovered yet! Thanks again for all your help.

I broke my phone charger whilst away and couldnt access my account. Thank You for the offers. i wish I could take yoy up on the cocktail making, as that would mean we were still in the sunshine unfortunatly we are not, so the £150 would be fantastic. Its such a shame that the hotel is struggling as it is a lovely building in a lovely area, but the service and facilities really let it down and made the stay rather difficult at times. The meal was brilliant and the airport transfers hassle free and I would definatly use and recommend yourselves to friends in the future. Thank You for all your help.

The accommodation was perfect... it was fantastic that we were all next to each other and we had our own little private gardens to share, it was perfect for socialising all together in the morning and before we went out!! We actually had the Butler's breakfast out there - which was superb, all the girls could definitely get used to having breakfast every Sunday like that and I strongly suggest that every Hen Party does it!! Only criticism was that the reception was closed when we were leaving so none of us could get our deposits back on the safes in our rooms, but would definitely stay here again!!

All the evening activities that you had arranged at were brilliant fun, and it was such a nice touch that we had our own areas!! The bar staff were amazing and so accommodating and hopefully they found us a good giggle too, we were quite a raucous group!!

The restaurant you booked for Saturday night was perfect, lovely terrace, food was lush and staff were amazing again!! Only criticism was that the taxi drivers didn't know where the restaurant was, so we walked around for abit trying to find it and were late for our booking... but if we said above Dior I think they would have, but the restaurant was great and they still honoured our booking!!

As for yourself and Michelle, you were god sends!! Organising a trip like this for 18 girls was daunting but both of you made it so easy... you satisfied every need and answered any questions I threw at you!! I don't think it would have been such a success with out your help - I would without a doubt recommend your services and hope myself that I will have the need to call upon your services again in the future for fun times in Marbs!!!

The restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent and a really good atmosphere! The party bar was a really good fun evening too! We haven't laughed so much in ages!! All the bar staff and the staff in the restaurant were great! The VIP beach club was a hit with the group, they loved it, such a brilliant night, we couldn't have asked for a better weekend away! Restaurants - We had some fantastic food at the italian, the steak house was AMAZING!Then we booked the beach club for tapas which was also great! .

..24 hour Sq - I have never felt so intimidated as I did that first night...we got jumped by about 15 people offering us drink packages we eventually found the bar and had a brilliant night.

I would like to thank you for a well organised and most enjoyable time. Solisol Travel provides an excellent service and I would be happy to recommend it to anybody who is planning a Hen Weekend. All of the party enjoyed themselves very much and it was good to have a structured events list to follow.
The main bar was an excellent venue, as it was geared to Stag and Hen Weekends - and provided a good start to the weekend. A good time was had by all at the Salsa Dancing Lesson! The instructor was brilliant and had time and patience for everyone! The Classy Night out was superb and the food at the club was delicious and well presented!!

The Cocktail Making class was excellent and really good fun; the two guys who ran it were really friendly and made the experience very memorable. Apparently it was the first class they had done so we were extra impressed with how it went and we felt very priviledged to be their first party! The Champagne Breakfast was also brilliant. the butler, was good humoured, sensitive to the party and above all gorgeous! Yes had a great trip in Puerto Banus. The Hotel was nice however it felt more like a retirement home. I wouldn't envisage staying at a hotel with that type of clientele for a Hen holiday. There were no guests remotely in the same age range which was rather disappointing. I have been to Puerto Banus many times and always party in second line Banus. The allocated hen nights were not that different than a normal night out. However we had fun at the bars and club and their represntatives were very nice. Many thanks for all your help.

We all had an absolutely fantastic time! The weather was amazing for the time of the year.
The hotel was beyond expectation and Puerto Banus is just beautiful! Everything went smoothly, we had no problems at all with the transfers or the accommodation.

We had the best time ever, we couldn't have asked for better service.
Everything ran smoothly - transfers were on time and the driver was more than helpful on answering our questions. The hotel exceeded our expectations and all the girls said they would stay their again.
Although we were a little noisey the first night and were asked by the manager to keep it down (apologies for this) and we also apologied to the manager.
The meal with the butler was fantastic, everyone enjoyed the food and the staff let us stay until closing time so we had around 3 and half hours worth of unlimited drinks - a BIG thank you to them.

The bar - i'll never forget this night, it was fab, champagne on a arrival was a nice finishing touch to top off a fab weekend. And last but not least i'd like to thank yourself, Ricky and Michelle for putting all of this together for us and answering my never ending questions. I would defo book through you again in the future. Raj. x

Sorry for not replying sooner, we´ve had a lot of things to sort out with the upcoming wedding. Benidorm was great and a good time was had by all, everyone enjoyed the night and the location (especially with the blindfolding and going down in the lift) was great, thank you very much, it was just a shame that we was all feeling sooo delicate, it was also our first drink of the night as we was late getting ready, everyone livened up about an hour later and it ended up being another 6.30am.
