at the horse racing track in Mijas Costa and try your
luck at what is a becoming a very popular hobby amongst
the Spanish. Mijas is arguably the only racetrack
in Southern Europe that can safely offer ‘all weather’ racing
with meetings taking place nearly all year round. Races
are on Sundays in the Spring and autumn whist in the
summer you have late night races on Saturdays. The first
summer race commences on the Saturday 17h June followed
by every Saturday in July and August. First races starts
at around 10.00pm
